Compact Koren eatery specializing in all-you-can eat BBQ in a casual setting.
This is so far my fave go-to-KBBQ place. First and foremost, it costs a lot less compared to other AYCE kbbq places, I even think it’s the cheapest. But rest assured that quality is not compromised. They have better meat quality than other affordable kbbq places. Their side dishes are also great! Tip: they don’t readily serve kimchi and radish but you can ask for it for no additional charge. Garlic is available for a dollar. The place has a good vibe that makes eating more enjoyable. It’s pretty fast-phased but somehow still relaxed. Plus, it’s almost always clean and chill.
Last Monday I went there again for lunch and there was just one crew working as the cashier, seater, and server, but there’s another one working at the back kitchen. I just want to commend Tristan (yes, I really asked for his name) for keeping his cool and being professional with what he does. He was able to accommodate and attend to our requests calmly.
Will keep going back to this place. Might even go again this week!

My team and I just finished our basketball game and we were hungry. We weren’t really too familiar with the area so we just searched “KBBQ” and we found this really good spot!
Parking: it’s not really that great, there’s a limited amount so it’s either you get lucky to find a spot or just park in the side street.
Service: It was great! shoutout to our waiter Danny, he correctly got everything that we ordered. He also remembered everything we requested without writing it down or anything and that’s coming from 3 different tables (15 people)!
Food: Was on point! We ordered so much brisket and pork belly that we were so full after 4-5 rounds of full plates.
Price: $14.50 for each person plus tax and tip is such a great deal! If you went to another place it would be around $20.
Overall, if you’re craving KBBQ and good service this is the place to go to!

WILL FOREVER LOVE MR LEES
At $10.99 a person, you really can’t beat the price for the quality you get. It’s unlimited meat (brisket, marinated beef/spicy pork/chicken, and pork belly), rice papers, lettuce/green onion mix, and a few side dishes!
Can’t go wrong with brisket, pork belly, and marinated beef!Service is fast and reliable. Don’t forget that the tip’s already included in the bill, but feel free to be generous if you like!
Seating does take longer on weekends (20-30 min wait) but it does go by faster if you get a grill-less table (serving already cooked meat). Personally, I always opt for grilling my own meat.
Parking lot is on the smaller side, but there’s almost always parking.
The only minor downside is suboptimal ventilation – sometimes it looks slightly foggy from all the grilling. Definitely breathable though.
TIP for KBBQ newbies: Your clothes and hair WILL smell like BBQ. To be honest, I don’t mind smelling like eau de BBQ but its something you might want to keep in mind.

For $10.99 per person, this place totally exceeded my expectations.
The brisket and marinated beef was good, but that pork belly though, was probably my favorite.
If you want to go for value and you are OK with sticking with just 5 options, this is definitely the way to go.

I love this place! Come here all the time for this price why not? The brisket and pork belly are my favorite. Everything is always so tastey. Usually it’s a 35 minute wait when they are super busy but we got a table within 15min.
We also tried the pineapple soju! So delicious

I eat a lot of Korean BBQ and have tried a ton of places in Koreatown but I still go back Mr. Lee’s again and again! For one, I usually just get brisket anyways so why pay $18 AYCE when I can get it here for $10. You can’t expect much for the meat quality but really, it gets the job done.
Second, the service has always been good. The servers are attentive. When our plates are nearing their end, they automatically come over and ask if we need more. (And the answer is always yes.)
Their choice of bam cham is my fave too – fish cakes, bean sprout salad, cucumber kimchi, radish, potato salad, and their Korean green salad. I usually just slurp my way through the bean sprouts and salad anyways so that’s two thumbs up from me. As for my beau, his must-have is the radish wrap and they have it here. We’ve surprisingly been to a lot of places that don’t have it so I’m giving Mr. Lee’s extra point for that. They also serve rice here which is my must-have (I’ve gone to one that doesn’t have it!) but I have to pay an extra dollar for it. Honestly though, it’s worth it. It’s enough for a group of four, but on our table, it’s good enough for me.

One of my fav Korean bbq spots. Really good quality meat, especially for its cheap price! $10.99/per person for all you can eat. All the waiters are really quick and are consistently checking up on you.
it took about 30minutes to be seated with only a couple groups ahead of us. You can choose to have a table where you receive your food precooked or you can get a table where you cook it yourself.
The place itself is pretty loud even though it’s spacious. Nicely ventilated, but you’ll definitely smell like bbq after!

This place is a good place. We were in he mood for KBBQ and didn’t want to wait in the long lines at the neighboring Restaurants. We wanted to eat ASAP. Came here and waited a bit like 15 mins. at the grill. There is an option to sit in pre-cook. Some not the reviews have differing opinions; however, if you are hungry and can not wait for your ordered meats to cook…do this! Know that you will be leaving the restaurant FULL and smelling of grilled meats! They include the tip into the bill…I understand as there are persons that are too cheap to leave tips. So be careful if you don’t want to double tip. The service is friendly and good. The meat portions are pretty large! I know some other spots bring out small qty. of meat and you have to order multiple rounds. Not here! They offer the more popular cuts on the list and we ordered 1 of each….when the plates were delivered we were afraid it was WAY too much food. Luckily we managed to finish it. They warn you not to order extra to avoid waste and an additional charge. The food was good! There is a limited amount of sides provided: cucumbers, rice papers, bean sprouts, fish paste (not sure how else to describe), potato salad, and salad. I asked for kimchi, which was brought out. Maybe they didn’t think I would want it? But I love KIMCHeE! I the rice is extra cost. But it’s not a small little cup size serving. It’s a medium bowl about 3 cups steamed rice. I had a good time. They play music inside. It’s a smaller place but overall it was good. I recommend.
